My personal thoughts on yoga

When we slow down we make a place for silence and solitude in our lives.

By not talking so much, we automatically create more silent spaces in between things.

By not doing so much we create natural pauses to reflect.

By not spreading ourselves thin doing things that are not that important, we create time for the things that are.

When we find ourselves hurrying or pushing others out of our way, we might ask ourselves exactly where are we going? What are we running away from?  And what are we running toward?

I invite you to PAUSE for a moment, to sit down and relax, to take deep inhales and exhales through out your day, to stay in the present moment, to understand that everything that happens in your life happens for a reason, and that although our stories do not always have a happy ending you are living a very coherent and fulfilled life.

That state of mind called “YOGA” can not be found anywhere else but there!  The moment

opens itself for you.. WILL YOU STEP IN?

"There's a natural balance between pushing your limit and gradually improving your yoga skills.  Lidie (Lidieth) has an excellent feel for that balance within people.  She's not trying to turn you into a master yogi in 6 months or 12 months.  She just wants to keep moving you forward, one step at a time, at whatever pace is appropriate for you.  Lidie takes the long road, guiding you to a practice you can keep for life.

You need a Marine Corps yoga workout?  Lidie can give it to you.  You want a peaceful push forward.  She's there.  You want to learn to breathe again?  Lidie's on it.  Lidieth possesses a sense of feel for her students.  She's passionate about her yoga yet compassionate with her students.  And through it all is her soothing smile and voice.  Doing yoga with Lidieth takes you to moments of bliss and enlightenment."
